Osikena Joined Next Generation Construction in 2022 and serves as a senior project engineer and project manager. With over seven years of experience in commercial construction in various roles from assistant project manager to project engineer, to project manager, he has a knack for success in the construction industry.
Osikena is committed to increasing his skills, which is evident in the groups he chooses to align himself with, such as the CMAA, and AULYP. Being from Akron, Ohio, he has found ways to ingrain himself in the NEO community.
Moreover, he strives to be more involved in Cleveland’s community, which is what brought him Next Generation Construction as his values closely align with theirs. He is a great addition to our team and has the unique ability to take the lead at this early stage in his career. Osikena received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Akron.
