Don joined Next Generation Construction in 2021 and serves as Project Manager. Entering the construction world was an easy decision that came to him at a young age. Construction and the electrical trade had been a large part of his upbringing.
He was born into the electrical business, having a father who was an electrician and contractor. Don, being a part of the industry from a young age, received a front-row seat to observe different generations of companies grow within the industry, which left him with the expression he uses often “Do the job better than your predecessors”.
Don has been successful in the roles of project manager and estimator over his 25-year career, and he continues his success at NextGen as they grow. Don earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Mass Communications, with a minor in Interpersonal Communications from Texas Tech University. His favorite destination when he’s not at work, is going to Rhode Island.
