Honoria Jala Inspires ACE Cleveland Students with Estimating Expertise
In 2022, Honoria Jala, an Estimator and Project Engineer at Next Generation Construction, led an educational initiative for ACE Cleveland students. Jala taught construction estimating through a project to renovate the old Hough library into a community center. Students learned about interior and landscape cost estimation, culminating in a presentation to Councilwoman Stephanie Howse. This initiative imparted valuable skills and inspired enthusiasm for community development among potential future construction professionals.
Empowering Youth through Construction Office Support
Honoria Jala, an esteemed Estimator and Project Engineer at Next Generation Construction, is gearing up to make a meaningful impact this summer by joining the Y.O.U organization as a mentor.
Jala's expertise in construction office support, including areas such as estimating and bidding, will serve as a valuable resource for the youth participating in the program.
Through her involvement, Jala aims to empower young minds, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the construction industry.
