His construction journey began in high school, sparked by architecture classes and hands-on work with his uncle's home improvement company. At Kent State University, Marcel balanced All-American wrestling status with earning a Bachelor's in Construction Management.
Starting with managing university painting projects, Marcel rapidly advanced through roles including assistant superintendent, project manager, estimator, and chief estimator. He consistently delivers projects on time and within budget across various scopes and types.
As Director of Preconstruction, Marcel leverages his comprehensive understanding of the construction process to foster client collaboration. His commitment to exceeding objectives and track record of exceptional results make him invaluable to Next Generation Construction. Marcel's expertise spans project types, emphasizing a team-oriented approach to achieve shared goals in preconstruction and beyond.
