Shakorie Davis

Shakorie (known as Shak) founded Next Generation Construction in 2009, and serves as president and owner. A Cleveland native with roots in the building trades, Shak took an unconventional path to leadership. Before starting his own firm, he gained comprehensive industry experience as an estimator, superintendent, project manager, and project executive.

Shak is committed to reshaping the Ohio construction industry to better reflect the diversity of its residents. His community involvement extends from revitalizing Cleveland's East Side to contributing to the city's Lakefront Development project.
