Over four decades, David cultivated a prestigious client portfolio while overseeing comprehensive operational management. He honed his expertise in project management, financial planning, estimating, and contract negotiation, enabling the company to undertake multi-million-dollar projects throughout greater Cleveland.
Under David's visionary leadership, the firm has left an indelible mark on Cleveland's skyline, contributing to numerous landmark projects. His ability to foster strong client relationships and deep understanding of the construction process have been instrumental in the company's sustained success.
