Next Generation Construction undertook an interior renovation for Fanatics Sports Book at Progressive Field in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The project involved transforming the former New Era retail space into a state-of-the-art sports betting facility.

This comprehensive renovation encompassed various trades and services, including:

• Framing
• Electrical work
• Plumbing
• General carpentry
• Flooring replacement
• Millwork installation
• Data and security systems
• Drywall installation (self-performed by Next Generation Construction)

The project was successfully completed on May 12, 2023, delivering a 600-square-foot, fully-equipped sports betting venue within the iconic Progressive Field complex.
